The Noteworthy and the Bolide Publications:

The Noteworthy, our monthly short story publication, and the Bolide, our monthly flash fiction edition, begins accepting submissions on 15th of every month. Open submission lasts for the duration of 1 month. If your story is chosen, it will be published on the website on the first of the following month. (Ex. Open submission is from Sept 15th - Oct 15th; if selected your story will be published on November 1st.) This fourteen day period allows our editing team to thoroughly read through all the submissions and allows time for revisions to be made (an option unique to the Noteworthy and the Bolide) and communications to be had between potential contenders and our Editorial Staff.

Tethered Tidings’ Author Review and Interview:

Due to the time needed to properly read and review books sent to our editors, we ask that all publicists, agents, or authors send novels, collections, and anthologies to us no later than two months before the month he or she hopes to be featured. We receive scores of novels every month and we only review and interview the very best authors who are doing something unique and powerful with their work. Dually Noted:

Since Dually Noted is a weekly publication, the deadline for submissions is every Thursday night at 12am MST. This is so the staff at TBL can read through all submissions, edit, and choose the best story for next addition to our group writing project. Also note that due to the rapid turn-over rates for these edits, our staff reserves the right to make minor changes to the additions without approval from the author.

If you have any additional questions about deadlines, feel free to contact the Tethered by Letters staff at: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
